Job Overview

At the forefront of technological advancements, we seek visionary individuals to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI accelerators.

This esteemed role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, software engineers, verification specialists, physical designers, and systems engineers to conceptualize and implement next-generation AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance TPUs/MPUs and other associated AI blocks utilizing RTL technology.
  • Own IP/block-level RTL from specification to GDS, encompassing design, synthesis, and timing closure.
  • Optimize designs for power, performance, and area (PPA) through meticulous analysis and refinement.
  • Ensure seamless integration by collaborating with physical design and DFT engineers.
  • Conduct design reviews, prepare comprehensive design documentation, and provide support during post-silicon bring-up and debugging processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in ECE/CS from top engineering institutions with 5-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in high-performance processor design or AI accelerator design is a significant advantage.
  • Clear understanding of floating-point arithmetic, vector processing, SIMD, MIMD, VLIW, EPIC concepts.
  • Strong foundation in digital design fundamentals, computer architecture, virtual memory, and high-speed data-path design.
  • Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and simulation tools.
  • Experience with EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence) for synthesis, lint, CDC, and timing analysis.
