Job Overview

A Senior AI Technical Lead position is available to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Large Language Model (LLM) applications and Gen AI systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications
  • Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK
  • Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
  • Carry rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions
  • Possess strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively
  • Experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods to optimize open-source models for specific tasks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
Requirements
  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
