Job Overview

We're seeking skilled developers to build the future of AI. This role involves a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models.

">Your Responsibilities
  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
Requirements

Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+). Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is required.

  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.
Bonus Points

Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning). A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
