Job Title: International IT Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International IT Sales Representative to join our team at CapTalent HR. As a Sales Specialist for Engineering Consulting, you will be responsible for all forms of demand generation activity, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads, and other forms of lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect target companies' decision-makers to influence them to work with Vee.
  • Coordinate activities with other teams in Marketing and Sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
  • Articulate and map our value proposition to prospects' pain points.
  • Meet monthly call schedule targets relentlessly.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of the AEC space, Vee services lines, verticals, customers, and competition.
  • Ability to translate knowledge into setting up meetings with Vee prospects or prospective clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to details, including data accuracy and documentation.

  • Good communication, global mindset, and cultural adaptability.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
  • Ability to drive for results and collaborate effectively.
