Growth Lead Role Overview

  • User Acquisition & Community Building: Own user growth from first contact to active usage, being present where traders are, building genuine relationships, and creating a community around our product.
  • Community Presence: Build presence in trading communities by becoming an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
  • User Acquisition: Drive user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and demos.
  • Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms.
  • Community Building: Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement.
  • Growth Experiments: Run experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Metrics Ownership: Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets.
Requirements
  • Trading Awareness: Understanding of trading basics and trader mindset.
  • Community Focus: Comfortable and active in online communities.
  • Resilience: Handle rejection professionally and persistently.
  • Action Orientation: Quick testing of ideas rather than over-planning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Tracking metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical products simply.
Your Qualifications
  • Indian Trading Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • User Acquisition Experience: Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Community Management: Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members).
  • Digital and In-Person Engagement: Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Product Demonstration: Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Growth Metrics Analysis: Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics.
