Pricing Expert

Drive pricing strategy and support sales teams with pricing requests in a dynamic pricing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global & local price lists, ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools for effective pricing decision-making.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning for sustained growth.
  • Analyze markets and competitors, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Provide timely pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Collaborate with product management on pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts for optimized pricing outcomes.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to stakeholders.
  • Train stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts for knowledge sharing and adoption.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in pricing management preferably in the pump industry or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
