Key Performance Indicator Specialist

Our team requires a diligent data specialist to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing analytics insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering performance templates for assigned accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Filling recurring decks with strict cut-offs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitoring scheduled refreshes in business intelligence tools, maintaining a simple delivery calendar and status tracker.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Performing quality control checks before every data drop and flagging anomalies with clear context.
  • Configuring alerts/notifications using existing connectors.
Requirements

To succeed, candidates should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Operations, preferably in agency or performance marketing.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools as a power user, specifically Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Basic SQL (read-only) skills.
  • Experience with scheduled BI deliveries/alerts.
