Job Title: Shift Leader - Process Specialist

The role of a Shift Leader in our organization is to coordinate and manage the activities of the production shift to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. This involves supervising and providing guidance to a team of production operators, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
