A fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in the injectables segment is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in Injectable Manufacturing Plants Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Engineering Maintenance team for the Injectable Plant Ensure preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment and utilities HVAC WFI PW systems sterilizers filling machines autoclaves etc Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance reliability and energy efficiency Ensure compliance with cGMP USFDA MHRA WHO-GMP and other regulatory guidelines Plan and execute engineering projects including facility modifications expansions and equipment validation Coordinate with Production Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless operations Manage vendor development negotiations and AMC contracts for critical equipment Prepare and manage engineering budgets and ensure cost control Lead audits internal external related to engineering and plant utilities Build and mentor a strong engineering team ensuring high levels of technical expertise and accountability Job Type Full-time Pay 900 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have experience of working in an Injectable Plant Work Location In person
