Job Description
The Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced BIOS (UEFI) Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field and extensive experience in BIOS/UEFI firmware development.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in CS, EE or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with BIOS/UEFI firmware framework/code structure is necessary.
  • Familiarity with x86 architecture and industry standards (PCIe, ACPI, JEDEC, USB, ATA, IPMI, Redfish, etc.) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Intel PI SPEC, EDK I and EDK II is also required.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills are a must.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Any postgraduate degree is welcome.
  • 4+ years of experience with BIOS/UEFI firmware development.
  • Deep understanding of x86 architecture and industry standards.
  • Good experience in BIOS/UEFI firmware framework/code structure.
  • Knowledge of Intel PI SPEC, EDK I and EDK II.

Preferred Skills
We would like the candidate to have experience with RAS.
