Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with public clouds such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with containerized environments (EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and firewalls.
  • Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Capability to select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements.
  • Intermediate knowledge of other two platforms is desirable.

Strong notions of security best practices, good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience in monitoring and auditing systems. Define and document best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure maintenance. Must have experience in Provisioning and Configuration of cloud resources in multi-cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP) environment. Proficiency in any one of the cloud environment mentioned above is a must. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Skills in API usage, command line interface and SDKs for writing applications. Ability to code to implement essential security measures.
