Job Title: Salesforce Cloud Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce cloud solutions. This is a remote opportunity for highly skilled individuals who can deliver impactful results with minimal supervision.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce's Experience Cloud, as well as its integration with other systems via APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and managing cloud portals, customizing branding and theming, and ensuring platform security and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.
  2. Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  3. Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  4. Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  5. Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  6. Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  2. Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  3. Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  4. Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  5. Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  6. Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Immediate availability (mandatory).
Nice to Have
  1. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or industry-specific Salesforce products.
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
  3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
