Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Factory Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in our Nashik facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective production, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, managing a diverse workforce, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the entire manufacturing facility in Nashik, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and achieve production targets.
  • Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, minimize downtime, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality control and assurance systems to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies to create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees in the Nashik facility.
Requirements
  • B.E, Any Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
  • 2 - 4 Years Experience
  • Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities, including fluency in local languages
