Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving strategic growth.

The successful Technical Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and open communication.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Product Development & Growth: Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with product management, development teams, and business stakeholders to grow and enhance the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building, and managing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
