Job Opportunity: Product Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product lifecycle processes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluating product performance and transitioning products from development to commercialization.
  • Contribute to technical discussions with Engineering teams, thoroughly managing technical/business requirements.
  • Assist in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentor a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization, leading research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Evaluate the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering to ensure alignment with and support for the product/business road map.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.
  • Oversee major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests, responsible for product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analysing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong background working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues.
  • Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills.
  • Can lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise.
  • Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.
  • Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup.
  • Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory.
