Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team and drive excellence in quality assurance.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in Salesforce platform, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models to lead test planning, test case design, and execution.
  • Manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
  • Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading QA teams on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud transformation, migration, or integration projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading QA efforts in Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with automation concepts/tools and hands-on experience with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working globally.

Work Environment:

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams globally and is based in Aligarh, India.
