Senior Quality Assurance Professional

The role of a Senior Quality Assurance Professional involves overseeing daily quality assurance operations, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, experience with industry standards, and excellent leadership skills.
A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement quality management systems that align with industry best practices. This includes creating procedures for quality audits, developing training programs for staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to quality management, the Senior Quality Assurance Professional will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives. This may involve analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing process improvements, and implementing changes to enhance overall product quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams. You should have a strong understanding of industry standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and be familiar with tools such as SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and 8D.
You will also be expected to lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
