Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive In-Store Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, offering demos, and creating engaging experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale operations efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or beauty/skincare/haircare sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for Beauty: Passion for the beauty industry, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to driving sales and growth.
