Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Sales Representative, located in Hyderabad. The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and attending industry conferences and events. The representative will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of B2B Software Sales experience, especially focusing on Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong manufacturing industry connections (including second level connections)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and perform competitive analysis
- Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads in the India region through outbound efforts, industry events, inbound follow-ups, and referrals.
- Conduct demos and present Visionify's value proposition to EHS Heads, Plant Managers, and Operational Leaders in Manufacturing, Construction, Warehousing, etc.
- Understand client pain points and work closely with the Pre-Sales and Solutions team to design relevant safety AI solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, follow-ups, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up schedules, and activity records using CRM tools.
- Provide regular feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs, objections, and market trends.
