Job Title: Calibration Engineer Trainer

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on the calibration and qualification of critical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training modules on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Develop strategies for preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Educate individuals on the understanding and application of regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized training content that meets industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive sectors.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies to ensure training content remains current.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the calibration of instruments: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive calibration practices.
