Job Opportunity:

To coordinate the development, review, and implementation of quality systems and related documents associated with instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of calibration schedules, cost estimation, and budgeting. They will be responsible for creating project documentation, managing instrumentation work, and ensuring effective performance of testing and measuring instruments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quality systems related documents
  • Develop and manage project documentation
  • Implement and manage instrumentation work
  • Manage instrument indexes, lists, BOMs, and data sheets
  • Coordinate the creation of cable schedules, logic write-ups, interlock alarm systems, and lookup drawings
  • Evaluate vendors and inspect materials
  • Commission instrumentation systems
  • Conduct maintenance and fulfillment of statutory plant requirements
  • Participate in management drives and encourage team participation for successful shop floor implementation
  • Monitor engineer performance and conduct training sessions for technicians
  • Participate in Hazop studies and implementation
