About the Role

Our organization is seeking an Area Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing and sales in the field of instrumentation. This proactive and results-driven professional will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Drive growth by developing effective marketing and sales strategies for industrial instrumentation products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through offer follow-ups, client visits, and networking.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical) or related field. An MBA in marketing is preferred. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing in the instrumentation sector, with strong technical understanding of industrial automation and process instrumentation products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Self-motivation with a strategic and analytical mindset is also required. The willingness to travel as needed is expected.
