Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team.

  • Install online sensors for monitoring real-time parameters such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc. ensuring accurate data collection and efficient process control.
  • Calibrate online sensors in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards to ensure precise measurement and minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections to guarantee sensor reliability and optimal performance.
  • Clean sensor components regularly to prevent fouling and maintain accurate measurements, ensuring high-quality data and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or hardware issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain continuous operation.
  • Repair or replace faulty components like sensors, cables, and transmitters quickly to restore normal operations and ensure business continuity.
  • Validate sensor accuracy using tests and cross-checks with lab instruments or standards to ensure the highest level of precision and reliability.
  • Ensure real-time data accuracy for process control and monitoring systems by verifying sensor readings and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Support system integration activities related to sensors and their applications to optimize overall system performance and efficiency.

Education Qualifications

A diploma in Engineering or an ITI Instrumentation certification is required. Relevant experience and knowledge in instrumentation and sensor technology is highly desirable.
