Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare or review quality systems related documents e.g. SOP's, formats etc. with Instrumentation.
  • Prepare and update calibration schedules for instruments.
  • Estimate costs, create budgets and track expenses.
  • Design P & ID's, instrument indexes, lists and data sheets.
  • Develop cable schedules, logic write ups, interlock alarm systems and drawings.
  • Initiate vendor enquiries, evaluate vendors and conduct material inspections.
  • Implement instrumentation work and commission systems.
  • Review project documentation and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
  • Provide technical support during breakdowns and routine maintenance.
  • Identify and implement actions to prevent repetitive failures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Instrumentation and Quality Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
