Senior Financial Operations Specialist

The Senior Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure they comply with accounting standards. This includes managing general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA Qualification, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is also required.

Strong understanding of GST regulations and tax compliance, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
