As a Senior Unreal Environment & 3D Artist, you will be responsible for crafting cutting-edge virtual environments and collaborating with architects, engineers, and developers to bring digital twins to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and optimizing large-scale, photorealistic environments in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)
  • Developing high-quality 3D assets (architecture, props, foliage, lighting, materials) using tools like 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and ZBrush
  • Integrating CAD/BIM/Revit and IoT data into interactive Unreal environments to unlock new possibilities
  • Ensuring assets and scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks by optimizing draw calls, LODs, shaders, and lighting
  • Mentoring junior artists to foster growth within the team
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical specs into compelling visualizations

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins)
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) for environment creation
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and material creation
  • Proven ability to import and optimize CAD/BIM/Revit files

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition
  • Deep knowledge of UV mapping, baking, LODs, optimization
  • Technical Skills including LOD generation and asset optimization for real-time rendering
  • Familiarity with Blueprints (basic interactivity)
  • VR/AR/MR workflows (plus)
