We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to develop visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual elements that meet our brand guidelines and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

  • Conceptualize and design creatives for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce innovative and effective visual content.
  • Create designs for websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials, adhering to brand standards and messaging.
  • Stay current with design software, best practices, and emerging trends to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our creative team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, demonstrating expertise in design software and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding, with the ability to apply these skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
