Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to create high-quality visual elements for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and familiarity with Figma and After Effects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and more.
  • Develop visually appealing designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW, and create user interface (UI) designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the organization's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, ensuring all assets are optimized for digital and print formats, including resolution, file types, and color modes.
  • Leverage After Effects to create engaging animations and motion graphics for use in digital advertising, social media, and promotional content.
  • Take ownership of design revisions and iterate quickly based on feedback, ensuring the final designs meet project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of Figma and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
