Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in driving marketing success. As the cornerstone of our campaign strategy, you will oversee every aspect of integrated marketing campaigns, from research and planning to execution and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to guarantee successful campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure all marketing channels remain on-brand and compliant with internal and external regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools, etc.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with B2B/B2C campaign management.
