Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive with expertise in the EMS/electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful applicant will develop and execute effective B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad. This includes generating and qualifying leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to expand brand presence in domestic and international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate trade show participation and manage event logistics.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing/sales within the EMS or electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network of contacts within the OEM/ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics, etc.).
  • Experience working with international clients.
