Job Title: Senior Client Service Associate

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our advertising team as an Associate - Client Servicing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading account teams, and developing successful advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create social media content calendars, social media reports, and execute ORM on social media with the help of tools or natively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
  • Assist with the development of presentations for campaigns, reports, and content calendars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
