Future-Proof AI Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Future-Proof AI Infrastructure Engineer to support and scale our AI platform services for global teams.

About the Role:
  • Support and scale AI platform services for global teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Maintain high availability (99.999%) of mission-critical systems through secure and reliable infrastructure management.
  • Troubleshoot and automate fixes for performance & functional issues in our AI-driven applications.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and implement CICD pipelines and DevOps best practices that foster innovation and efficiency.
  • Deliver automation and operational improvements for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong development experience in Java & Spring framework with a focus on object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, including orchestration, service discovery, and APIs.
  • Databases expertise across SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis), with emphasis on data modeling and querying.
  • Experience with low-latency, high-throughput web services, such as RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with metrics systems like Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and analytics.
  • Proficiency in JVM debugging skills, including GC tuning, memory leak detection, thread/heap analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux fundamentals for containerization and virtualization.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, automation frameworks, monitoring, and testing tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
