As an International Remote Team Member, you will be part of our diverse team of over 120 people from 30 nationalities working remotely worldwide.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Business Analyst to support our sales activities and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-sales or sales activities, preferably in the insurance or insurtech industry.

You will provide support for sales conversion process, answer RFPs, and configure simple proof of concepts of the CoverGo platform. You will also assist the sales team during presentation to clients, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and lead project kick-off meetings after deals are closed won by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis - Understand, analyze, and clarify client requirements, detailed scoping of requirements.
  • Research & Solutioning - Identify technical solutions based on business goals & requirements expressed by the client, and the CoverGo platform features.
  • Effort & Cost Estimation - Collaborate with engineering & delivery teams to prepare effort estimations and best solutions for clients.
  • Demo & Proof of Concept preparation - Build & configure insurance products of clients in the CoverGo platform, demonstrate platform capabilities & features to clients.
  • Presentation - Prepare techno-commercial proposals, assist sales team during presentations to clients.
  • Handover Process - Assist delivery team, lead project kick-off meetings after deals are closed won by the sales team.
  • Develop Customer's Staff Usage - Provide technical information and training to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Technology, Business Administration, and/or related field.
  • Strong experience working in the insurance or insurtech industry.
  • Exceptional presentation and communications capabilities in both written and verbal English.
  • Confidence in presenting to highly skilled and experienced audiences, including enterprise architects and C-level executives.
