Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Taxation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GST and Income Tax, with a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and rules.

As a Senior Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and assessments. You will also manage Income Tax matters, such as ITR filings, tax planning, and scrutiny assessments.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will draft replies, appeals, and representations for departmental notices and proceedings. You will also attend hearings and interactions with tax authorities on behalf of clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent communication skills.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification; candidates with substantial relevant experience in taxation (without CA) will also be considered.
  • Proven hands-on experience in GST and Income Tax domains, including drafting and departmental interactions.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, rules, and recent amendments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office tools.
