Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Solutions Expert.

  • Lead and manage a team of payroll-focused support consultants, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and line management responsibilities
  • Work as a senior Oracle Cloud Payroll consultant, resolving complex client issues across Payroll and related modules, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective solutions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to establish a cohesive, cross-regional support function and align on service processes and client priorities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing in-depth expertise in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll and related modules, including configuration, processing, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams
