Job Title: Project Architect (Global Top 100 Firm)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to join our founding leadership team in Mumbai. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive project delivery excellence and collaborate with global colleagues.

You will be responsible for managing technical service delivery, leading design teams, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. Your expertise will help embed global systems and quality standards in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
  • Lead design teams and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor project design programmes.
  • Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates.
  • Create, update, and manage project-related financials and resourcing data.
  • Maintain project quality control systems.
  • Monitor financial performance and report back to account managers or responsible associates.
  • Lead contract administration processes and ensure clients meet their responsibilities.
  • Manage teams, demonstrate ability to get the best out of your team, and foster a cohesive, balanced, and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent built environment discipline.
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
