Senior Digital Project Leader

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Digital Project Leader to spearhead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain collaboration with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of optimal solutions with business objectives.
  2. Participate in technical discussions, presenting trade-offs to key stakeholders.
  3. Effectively communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Define project plans, key result areas, and processes in conjunction with stakeholders.
  5. Ensure timely communication of project status across departments.
  6. Monitor and maintain project timelines, resolving any arising issues.
  7. Identify potential problems and suggest alternative solutions.
  8. Oversee daily project progress and manage risks.
  9. Conduct project reviews and provide workflow guidance.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  11. Lead teams to achieve effective delivery and provide coaching.
Required Skills:
  1. Expertise in the full project management life cycle for complex IT projects.
  2. In-depth understanding of functional scope, design, and technology.
  3. Able to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  4. Effective communication of technical concepts.
  5. Experience in multiple areas including Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, and Industrial Operations.
  6. Familiarity with related fields such as DevOps, Test Strategies, Security standards, and more.
  7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. A self-motivated team player with a results-oriented approach.
  10. Able to work under tight project deadlines.
