Job Overview:

The role of a Project Manager is pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of Orders across multinational regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement project plans that ensure timely order delivery, effectively manage all aspects of orders to meet customer expectations and internal performance metrics.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, factories, purchasing departments, and review business intelligence reports to identify potential issues and support prioritization.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers' change orders, update enterprise resource planning systems appropriately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems for customer orders, coordinate with relevant partners to release necessary holds.
  • Resolve customer-related issues promptly, adhere to company policies such as booking, trade compliance, due diligence, and other applicable regulations.
  • Support month-end closing activities, work collaboratively with internal partners and customers to address finance, quality, billing, and other order-related issues.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of customer documents submitted through the ERP system, arrange shipment releases, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Maintain organized records and provide support for internal and external audits, consistently update data on various business software systems.
