Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing RTA operations, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless corporate actions.

  • Oversee a team of 5-7 persons and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage SLAs and timelines for RTA activities as per SEBI master circulars.
  • Oversee all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, and more.
  • Familiarity with unlisted equity admissions, including SME/Main board IPOs.
  • Coordinate AGM/EGM/voting/postal ballot processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audits, SEBI audits, and system audits.
  • Stay technically sound and handle automation/integration of activities in software with IT support.
  • Independently coordinate with clients and depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes.

Key Requirements:

A degree in Commerce with good knowledge of RTA operations is essential. Post-graduation is desirable.

6-7 years of experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms is required.
