We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join our team.
- Job Description
As a Sailpoint Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain identity solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow. This includes provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
- Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
- Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell) and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
