Job Title: Identity and Access Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems.
  • Maintenance of identity infrastructure involves collaboration with security architects to design and improve existing systems.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.
  • Supporting audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports is a key aspect of the role.
  • Assistance in onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning/deprovisioning, and ensuring identity security risks and misconfigurations are remediated is expected.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for IAM processes and standards is also part of the job.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews).
  • Knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage RBAC models effectively.
  • Familiarity with identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management).
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Azure DLP (Purview) knowledge.
