Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

Job Description:

A seasoned professional is required to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

The successful candidate will resolve Level 2 issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IAM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues within the Level 2 escalation matrix.
  • Design, develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance, perform routine health checks, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

IAM Operations:

  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.

Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Security and Compliance:

  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
