Job Summary

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based systems and applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level support to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving complex technical issues with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement solutions for end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
