Project Manager Trainee

About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Trainee to join our project and construction management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or be a final-year student is required.

  • Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.

As a Project Manager Trainee, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from construction to infrastructure development. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
