Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled construction manager to oversee commercial interior projects.

  • Duties include coordinating project timelines, managing site logistics and supervising team members
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while promoting quality assurance across all aspects of the project

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize resources, ensure site efficiency and prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Deliver technical advice, troubleshoot equipment issues, negotiate contracts and review drawings
  • Develop work schedules, gather data, compile reports, delegate tasks and conduct quality control checks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in commercial interiors with a focus on construction management
  • Driver's license and relevant certifications or licenses
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices and design methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with ability to motivate teams
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to apply logical and critical thinking skills to complex projects
