We are seeking an accomplished HR Generalist to support various business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
  • Policy Support and Interpretation: Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives.
  • Team Management and Coordination: Manage and support HR teams, coordinating tasks under pressure to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage teams under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in HR management, with a background in HR generalist roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
