Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our marketing efforts in India. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 8-14 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a competitive landscape.
