Job Summary
The Job Executor is responsible for driving business growth and prospecting activities to identify potential clients and pitch innovative IT solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Identify, engage, and contact potential clients to introduce our comprehensive IT services including software solutions, cloud services, IT consulting, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
- Client Profiling: Assess prospective clients' needs, technical requirements, and decision-making authority using CRM tools and industry directories.
- Outbound Sales: Make targeted calls to present our IT offerings and deliver tailored pitches to explain how they meet client needs.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with leads through regular communication channels to nurture trust and maintain consistent contact with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell additional IT products and services.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by management.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Record all interactions, client details, and feedback in the CRM system and generate reports on call activities, lead status, and sales performance for review.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on campaigns, product updates, and client requirements.
