Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Payment Collection: Ensure efficient order picking and payment collection processes in-store to meet sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
