Public Relations Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily operations strategies for clients, including formulating monthly plans, strategizing for events and activities, and cultivating relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring thorough knowledge of all relevant client details.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements.
  • Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Ensure timely adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.

Media & Influencer Relations:

  • Represent the client and firm in all interactions with media and influencers.
  • Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking.

Digital & Social Media:

  • Demonstrate expertise in visual communications, social media, and the digital landscape, integrating these channels into client programs effectively.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to client strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape.
